Unfortunately, this particular office demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human courtesy. Insurance is supposed to provide protection and peace of mind, not become another battle when you actually need assistance.

The ease with which these offices collect premiums is remarkable compared to the effort they’re willing to put into serving their customers. An incredibly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office."

"Over five years with State Farm, with my payments automatically deducted every month through ACH and not a single claim until a damaged window. The service I received was nothing short of inhumane.

The people collecting money from policyholders seem to have little concern for what happens when those policyholders actually need assistance. I would never recommend State Farm, but this particular office deserves its own criticism for its incompetence, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer service.

We trust insurance companies with the protection of our homes, vehicles, and lives. That responsibility should mean far more than collecting a monthly payment. When the willingness to serve disappears, what exactly are we paying for?"

"We have been a State Farm customer since 1987. We have taken State Farm with us no matter where we call home. In addition we have always insured our autos with State Farm. The Adam Peterson Agency is awesome. Each of their staff know us on a first name basis and they always are quick to help us with any issue or question. The actually pick up the phone on the first ring. Who does that these days? Their personalized and hands on policy of customer service is so refreshing in a climate of automated answering systems that require pressing too many buttons just to get to speak with a human. Looking for good old fashioned customer service? Look no further. These guys are the best!!

I haven't had State Farm not even but just ALMOST a full month (sadly should have been way longer) however I have NEVER been in a car accident...low and behold yesterday I was hit by another driver (who on foot left the scene) but yes contacted law enforcement and immediately contacted my StateFarm team...i have never had quicker responses and replies of help with first thing being said was ARE YOU OK! yes physically ok emotionally distraught...my girl talked to me with step but step...all the way to immediately starting my claim against the other insurance company (Geico) which of course they were just....nicer of words... State farm the way the made u feel...they legit care about you as a person and then of course the vehicle next. Never ever will I be dropping statefarm.
