"I can’t say enough good things about this agency. Everyone I’ve ever spoken too, Kelsey, Frank, Weston, Virginia have been amazing. I’ve had 2 auto accidents that were neither my fault. Both times someone has called me to check and see how I was. They’ve all in some how made the processes so easy. Taking care of things just so I didn’t have to. When I had my last accident. State Farm called me 5 times because they detected I was in an accident. Because I couldn’t answer each time they called. They called 911. What other insurance would do that? I’ve never had an insurance take such good care of me. I’m not just a customer to them. I’m a person just like they are. I’m part of the State Farm family. You couldn’t pay me to switch to anyone else."
